What an honor to dine with my dear Pampered Chef friend Lisa at this fine steakhouse😎 Her niece has been a server here for 16+ years and really hooked us up to an incredible #behindthescenes experience😎 • Smith & Wollensky butchers and dry ages all their meat on-site💃🏻 • I did choke back tears in the dry age room….it was all a ‘Myron moment’ …something I for sure would have called/text him about on the spot❤️ #beef
